Policy + Returns

Updated Shipping:

Due to the current global pandemic we are all experiencing, we here at Royal Birkdale Boutique are taking extra precaution with each and every order.  We are currently fulfilling orders with minimal contact out of our Delaware office.  Shipping rates are based off the weight and size as well as where you are located.  Items are normally shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Priority & expedited shipping may also be available upon request (email us). Standard shipping can take up to ten (10) days for delivery within the US.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping on Chic Buds products.

Returns + Exchanges:

Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery for store credit. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition it was received or the product(s) may not be accepted. We ask that you please include the original receipt of the purchased item with your exchange.

Note: no exchanges will be issued without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To initiate a return, email us at info@royalbirkdaleboutique.com to request a return authorization. Please include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you select an exchange and there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.

Return Shipping:

Once your return request has been approved, mail your product to: Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  RBB is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore, we recommend you choose to insure & track your return with whatever mail service you use.  

Sale items: All sale items are final sale.
